Stopkof Cough Syrup Adult Formula is a combination medication designed to provide relief from various respiratory symptoms. It contains the following active ingredients:

It disrupts the structure of acid mucopolysaccharide fibers in mucoid sputum, making it less viscous and easier to expectorate. Bromhexine is beneficial for respiratory disorders associated with productive cough, including tracheobronchitis, bronchitis with emphysema, bronchiectasis, and chronic inflammatory pulmonary conditions.
